Our online store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e‑commerce platform enabling us to sell our products and services to you.

SECTION 0 – MANDATED UAE E‑COMMERCE DISCLOSURES

  • Governing Law: Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.

  • Accepted Cards & Currency: Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment.

  • Displayed Price & Currency: The displayed price and currency at the checkout page will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt, and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.

  • Sanctioned Countries: We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.

  • Records Retention: Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and https://durancegcc.com/ policies and rules.

  • Account Security: User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the Site. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund Policy. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products; we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction and to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

SECTION 7 – PAYMENTS

  • Accepted Cards & Currency: Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment.

  • Displayed Price & Currency: The price and currency shown at checkout will appear on your Transaction Receipt, and the amount charged to your card will be shown in your card currency.

  • Billing Accuracy: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. Promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and card details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person/household/order, and to notify you using the contact details provided at the time the order was made.

Payment Confirmation

  • Process & Timing: Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt.

  • Additional Notifications (where available): If a valid mobile number is provided and SMS notifications are enabled with our payment/courier partners, you may also receive an SMS confirmation.

  • What You’ll Receive: Your confirmation will include the order number, payment reference, amount, currency, and items purchased. The Transaction Receipt will reflect the same price and currency shown at checkout.

  • Didn’t receive a confirmation? Check your spam/junk folder. If not found within 24 hours, contact durance@alialmullagroup.ae with your name, order value, and time of purchase.

SECTION 8 – OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide access to third‑party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement.

SECTION 18 – SANCTIONS COMPLIANCE

We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.

SECTION 19 – RECORDS & ACCOUNT SECURITY

  • Records: Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and https://durancegcc.com/ policies and rules.

  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

SECTION 20 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any purchase, dispute, or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
