1. Where do you ship your products?

We currently ship across the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Saudi Arabia (KSA), Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Oman.


2. How much does delivery cost?

  • UAE: Free delivery on all orders.

  • KSA: Free delivery on orders above 300 SAR.

  • Qatar: Free delivery on orders above 300 QAR.

  • Bahrain: Free delivery on orders above 31 BHD.

  • Kuwait: Free delivery on orders above 25 KWD.

  • Oman: Free delivery on orders above 32 OMR.

Standard delivery fee applies for orders below the free shipping threshold in each country.


3. How long does delivery take?

Orders are delivered within 1 to 5 working days depending on your location.

5. Are your products authentic?

Absolutely. All Durance products are 100% original, crafted in France, and distributed in the GCC exclusively by Ali Al Mulla Group.


6. Can I return or exchange a product?

We accept returns or exchanges on unopened and unused items within 7 days of delivery. Please contact our support team to initiate the process.


7. Do you offer gift wrapping or gifting options?

Yes, selected items can be gift-wrapped. You can request this during checkout or by contacting our support team after placing the order.
